About the project

WELL is located in LAGOS, Carrasco Este. It sits on a large plot facing a lake, in an up-and-coming area close to a services hub. Designed by Ponce de León Arquitectos, it is made up of three sculptural buildings shaped by concrete cantilevers, with generous terraces for every unit. WELL stands out for its landscape design, present in the vertical gardens, vegetable gardens and palm trees. It offers one-, two- and three-bedroom units. Every kitchen comes fitted with a Bosch induction hob, hood and oven. WELL builds wellness into all of its phases, with amenities such as a semi-Olympic pool, gym, barbecue areas, an electric-car charging station, an organic vegetable garden and a lounge.
