Las Casas

About the project

Las Casas is a new way of living in LAGOS: a project by the JDVA studio that puts contact with nature, outdoor living, the independence of each house and the security of the whole first. Three bedrooms, a family room, a living-dining room, a wood-burning stove and a private garden with a barbecue, in the best possible spot. With a single entrance gate, Las Casas is laid out along one main private street, which keeps it remarkably calm and secure. The development is made up of 20 houses grouped in pairs and set far enough apart to get optimal sunlight and abundant planting in setbacks and gardens. Each house has a front setback, a carport and a rear garden. The project also includes generously sized social areas, very bright and with exceptional views.
